Customer Service Policy

At the Handmade Store we are committed to customer service excellence. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or suggestions, or just to say hello!

Refund and Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. We are happy to exchange within 7 days of item/s being received as long as they are returned to us in the original condition and packaging they were sent in. If you would like an exchange, please email us and tell us why and what you would like to exchange for. You will need to send the item/s back to us.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is either damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receiving your item/s. We will require you to send us images of the damage or fault. We will then asses further and arrange for either an exchange or a refund. You will need to send the item/s back to us.

We do not refund or exchange custom-made orders.

Custom-made Orders

Some of our items are made to order and can therefore be custom-made to suit each customer's needs and preferences. We love working with our customers and other creatives on new projects. Please contact us for a further chat!

Important!!

Each and every one of our beautiful items is made by hand in-house by me and my beautiful mum. Some imperfections will naturally occur during the creative process - this is the beauty of handmade, it is not a fault. We welcome any questions prior to you making a purchase if you are unsure whether or not the item you are looking at is right for you.
