We want you to be 100% happy with our service and products and will accept most returns at our discretion if they are in the original packaging and original condition. Please email enquire@thehandmadestore.com.au withing 5 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for sending the goods back to us. Once we receive the items we will refund you the original purchase price minus shipping costs.
All orders are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged by us, however if your items arrive damaged please emailenquire@thehandmadestore.com.au as soon as possible and no later than 5 days after receiving your purchase. We will require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us. We will then either refund you the original purchase price or send you a replacement if the damage is due to poor packaging.
We will not accept returns for items that are delayed by the postal service as this is not something we have control over. If you require your items by a certain date, we strongly recommend choosing the Express Post option at check-out and leaving us a note in the Comments box so that we are aware the order is urgent.
